Good Vibes Only

Sometimes we need to set up boundaries in our lives, about what we allow in. This isn’t a call to ignore what’s going on in the world. But it is about bringing awareness to what our filters are letting in. It’s taking a moment for your self-preservation so you can refocus and refuel your spirit.

The last 18 months or so have been one of the largest stress-tests and the recent state of the world has made it just that much harder to hang on. What we need is to refocus our filters and see there is still so much good.

So how do we do that?

  • Take a deep breath

  • Commit to limiting your consumption of news

  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for

  • Do a random act of kindness

  • Dance or sing to a favorite song

  • Spend time outside

Make the commitment to yourself and retune your focus and let only the good vibes through. Let them refuel your spirit.
