Let it show

Why hello sunshine!

It was a beautiful sunrise this morning, slowly warming the sky and bringing on the day, and it got me thinking.

This week I’ve been focusing on the theme of celebrating. Celebrating snow, when joy shows up in unexpected places, and shifting my mindset on a couple tasks I was dreading.

Today I’m celebrating beauty, the beauty all around us but more importantly, within us; recognizing what makes us beautiful individuals and what makes us glow from the inside.

And I noticed that when I celebrate things I enjoy in my life, they expand, just like the daylight building as the sun rises. They take up more of the space in my mind and in my heart. And when my heart is full of unexpected joy and celebration, it responds in kind. It shares beautiful words to continue the inspiration and the circle of celebration. I’ve never been a poet, but lately a few things have come together and it’s a new activity I’m nurturing, practicing.

You never know where your celebrations will take you, but I promise you it will lead you to what really lights you up.

May your firey glow expand. May it inspire that deep knowing within you. May you love yourself fully, seeing the beauty of your unique being. May you share it with the world! Shine on my little fireflies!
