In my journey over the last 3 years, I have read over 20 growth and mindset books (see the list), talked with numerous knowledge experts, attended virtual and in-person conferences, completed numerous programs and listened to ALL the podcasts.  None of them were the silver-bullet I was looking for, but I gathered a bit of knowledge or insight from each and over the last 3 years, I’m living more of my best life because of this digging and exploration.

This scouting expedition of life isn’t over.  It’s not like I was “cured”, and I was a literal glow of light all the time.  The notebooks, flagged articles and sticky notes of ideas piled up and I knew I wasn’t consistently implementing my favorite, effective elements.  I still needed reminders and boosts.  As a busy mom, I needed a clear way to sift through the ideas and pull them into an easy to follow path.  I knew I wanted to share what I had learned because I was living the results and I saw so many moms living this sort of zombie life.
