Simplify to Amplify

I don't think I've ever been so excited for a change of season. The first couple days of spring have already felt like change is in the air. And I'm SO excited! The energy has already shifted and I can feel a lightening of my spirit. Whew!

And as part of that excitement, the spring edition of the Simplify to Amplify workshop is coming up! I'll be co-leading with Deva Jebb-Albaba and Alexis Adams to guide you through easy to implement tips for your Mind, Body and Spirit.

What to Expect

We each have a unique journey that brought us this far and we will explore that deeper with a unique guided vision board process.

We will use it as a tool in discussing all of the layers that make up you, your life experience and your future self in a welcoming and trusting community of women.

Delving into topics that give us the tools to deeply explore our mind, body and spirit, you will leave with a toolkit of gentle, actionable ideas to experiment with.

I am more than excited to talk about my personal experience with using journaling and mindset to help me name and pursue meaningful goals. I’ll be sharing the easy practices that helped me simplify my routines and live a life that lights me up.

The highlight of the evening is the opportunity to make a piece of graffiti based sterling silver jewelry with a Rebel Nell artisan. Getting to dive into the bins of fallen graffiti from some of Detroit’s most iconic and historic landmarks, reminds us that there is beauty in all of our layers. Hand-selecting a pieces that speaks to something within you is evidence there is a new life that begins just when signs point to a dead end.

As Rebel Nell’s purpose states, their jewelry truly reminds us that we are each ONE OF NO OTHER KIND. Your unique piece will serve as a daily reminder to show up and spring into your magic

This new Season

In all of the excitement of spring, and an ooober readiness to dive in to this new season, let's also remember that it's been a challenging couple of years. And exiting out of it will happen differently than getting thrown into it. Take a few moments to set an anchor point for yourself (blog post), to really take note of who you are and how you feel as you dip a toe back into "normal" life.

And don't forget to keep doing the practices that have helped keep you sane through these days, or start, start again, or revamp the necessary self-care as we adjust to a new season. In the world and in ourselves.
