Allow it to be easy

Show of hands, do you feel your life is hard, complicated?

No one wants to hear that it’s their own fault that things are the way they are, but it’s true.

We like to add layers or complexity or raise expectations so that we can ‘hustle and grind’ our way through the day.

That if it’s not hard, it doesn’t count.

And wear that badge of burnout like that’s what makes you a 🥇 mom

But I’m here to tell you that it still counts, even when it’s easy. ESPECIALLY when it’s easy!

Because there is more room for magic in your life

More of YOU left at the end of the day

Let’s remember there is the option to hit the easy (easier) button in everything we do.
